#5 (My own Idea!) The seasonal tree
I have always looked outside my window and saw how trees change every season. So, that gave me an idea to make a any kind of seasonal tree!
Now, for this activity you will need to pick your favorite season:Winter, summer, spring or fall or Autumn(Fall, Autumn take your pick there still the same thing.) I chose spring but, you do not have to do the same thing just have to switch the colors to that season. Now let's get started, here are a list of things you need:
Broccoli
Carrots
Grapes
Acrylic Paints(the color for your season!)
First cut your carrots in half (Again, please ask an Adult help if you are under the age of 11!),then cut them half again. Then cut one of them until there 6cm(length).Then dip it in your seasonal paint and paint it along the bottom of the canvas.(Again you do not have to copy me just choose what color will suit your season ex: winter:white and light blue, summer:green, blue, yellow, fall:red, yellow, brown, red.( etc.). Then you use broccoli like a paintbrush to paint the background, then let it dry. Then paint the trunk of the tree with the extra carrot.Once again take your broccoli and paint about how big the leaves will be,then let it dry(make sure its the color of your season!).Then take 2-3 grapes and cut it in half. Then pick two seasonal color of your tree one dark and light and start dabbing and blending the leaves of your seasonal tree. Then let it dry. I hope you like your seasonal tree ! Here is an example of a seasonal I did(I did Spring!):
#4 Balloon Dart Painting
In some traditional ways , your suppose to tape paint filled balloons to a really huge wall or surface and throw darts at it so it blasts out different colors. Yeah..... we're so not gonna do that.
Anyway, let's what we need in order to do this activity:
water
Water balloons
Acrylic paints(again All the colors of the rainbow!)
Push pins
6-7 squeeze bottles
A wide open space where you won't get in trouble! (If I were you I would go outside!)
the biggest canvas you can get at Dollarama!
Balloon dart Painting ,is a really messy job.It requires a lot of open space(so I would go outside if I were you !).First get your squeeze bottle and fill it with Acrylic paint until it fills a quarter of the bottle, then fill the bottle with water till you reach the rim , then close it with the lid and give it a nice shake! Do the same to the other squeeze bottles. When your done with the bottles, take your water balloons and use the nozzle of the squeeze bottle to squeeze paint into the water balloons.(TIP:Do not make the water balloons to big, cause it will pop before you can even pop it!)
After you have done 5-6 balloons for each color, take your canvas.Once you have your canvas ,get your push pins and push them from the back of the canvas ,so the sharp points stick out.(CAUTION:If you are under the age of 11 get an Adult to help you!) Make sure the pins are not that close together and more spaced out. Once your done with that get your paint filed water ballons and whip it at the canvas(Not to hard though!). When your finished with the canvas , take out the pins and hang it out to dry. I hope you guys liked throwing paint filled water balloons! Here is an example I did:

#3 Ice cube Painting
Ice painting is fun and cold way of painting!
Here are some things you need to do this activity:
water(both hot and cold!)
Acrylic paint (ALL the colors of the rainbow!)
ice cube tray
popsicles
a canvas 25cm(length) and 20cm(width)
First , get your ice cube tray and fill it equally with water (Make sure the water doesn't go into any other ice cube slots!).Then squirt an equal amount of Acrylic paint(all the colors of the rainbow!) and then stir it with the popsicles sticks till you see the color you put in the water. Carefully do the same thing to the other ice cube slots. Now, when you are done carefully put it carefully in the freezer , let it freeze overnight.
When it's all frozen, sprinkle a little bit of hot water on top of the colorful ice cubes, this will help you take out the ice cubes gently. Then take the ice cubes out with care,(try not to break them!) and get your canvas and put whatever colorful ice cube you want and make something out of it! (ex: star, rainbow, fox or the sun!) Here is an example of a ice cube painting I did:

#2 Bubble Painting
Bubble painting is a fun and easy way to do painting , it requires no big messy activity.
Here is a list of things in order to do it:
6 plastic cups
Water
6 Acrylic paints (all the colors of the rainbow )
Dish washing soap
A canvas 25 Cm(length) and 20 Cm (width)
and 6 straws
First put an equal amount of water in each of the 6 cups, then put an equal amount of dish washing soap into each cup of water, then take a straw for each cup and stir the water . When your finished with that, put the Acrylic paint in the cups. Blow the cup with your straw,(DON'T drink!) if you can see the color of the paint in the bubbles, your good to go! If not ... put a little more paint.
Keep blowing the bubbles in till it's 3 inch away from the cup. Quickly take your canvas and put it on top of your cup hold for 3 Mississippi , then lift it carefully of the cup , let the bubbles pop and do the same to all the other cups . When your finished hang it up to dry. Here is an example of mine of what it would look like :

#1: Spray bottle painting
Spray bottle painting is wonderful (but messy!) way of painting in the great outdoors. To do this you must have:
5-10 spray bottles
water
5-10 different colored Acrylic paints
A 40 cm (height) and 30 cm (width) canvas
First fill the spray bottle with water but, only 3-4 cm from the bottom! Then put Acrylic paint into the spray bottle , then shake . Test if you can see the color on a blank piece of paper , if not then put more paint into the spray bottle. If you can see the color ,your good to do the rest of the spray bottles!
Then ,once you have all your spray bottles , find a space that won't get you in trouble.( Cause if your mama gonna yell at you , that you got her favorite china carpet dirty , don't blame me , blame yourself !) In that spot , place newspapers and get a small chair or isle and put you canvas on it. Shake the spray bottles and start spraying the canvas with different colors! At the end when you think the canvas has enough color, let it dry. I'm pretty sure your gonna love it cause I loved mines! Here's a picture of it and what yours should look like:
